According to some say, this video was shot in 1989, while others say it was made in 1996.
Turns out the video was apparently shot by John Wabe. So was he the best special effects creator of his time? Or had he witnessed something so incredible that it has now endangered his life, as he hides from sinister forces bent on abducting him?
And then there's retired electrical engineer Colin Andrews. This has just gone from strange to epic mysterious.
